Who designs everything?

Allosaurex Art is proudly responsible for all the designs in the shop!

Do I need an account to order?

Nope!

Our accounts are entirely optional. They're a useful way for our customers to conveniently review their account information, order history and the status of their current orders.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can see the status of your orders HERE.

When do you ship orders?

Our orders are shipped off Monday - Friday! All orders with confirmation emails sent before 12:30pm will be part of the same-day shipment. We do not ship or pack orders on weekends.

Please allow up to 48 hours for a shipping notification on anything you've purchased.

We are closed every weekend, all Canadian holidays and any conventions Allosaurex Art will be attending. Follow @allosaurex on Twitter to stay up to date with our schedule.

Can I track my order?

You'll receive your tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

You can also log in to your Allosaurex Art customer account and view your tracking information through there.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders that are not yet shipped can be cancelled by emailing allosaurexart@gmail.com. Please enclose your full name and order number.

We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped. However, once your receive the order you may submit a return request found HERE to begin the process of returning the items.

PLEASE BE AWARE that not all items are eligible for returns. They will be stated as such on their product pages.

How do I change something in my order?

Allosaurex Art is able to update the shipping address or shipping method of an order that has not shipped yet. If you need to cancel, change the shipping address or shipping method of your order, please contact us right away at allosaurexart@gmail.com.

Once an item is shipped we cannot change the order.

Please note that changes in address or shipping method may require additional charges. We will contact you before confirming the extra charges. These charges will be paid for via Paypal.

If you'd like to add or remove an item from an existing order that has not yet shipped, please email us at allosaurexart@gmail.com right away so we can help you.

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout and confirm that all information is correct. Allosaurex Art is not responsible if an order ships and the information provided was incorrect.

Is there a phone number to call?

Allosaurx Art is an online-only shop and does not have a location for customers to visit, nor a phone number to call. All orders must be placed through the Allosaurex Art website.

We do not offer in-person order pickup.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout based on the ordered items weight, contents and destination. These are based on Canada Post's released rates.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada.

When will my order arrive?

The tracking time we use is an estimate from Canada Post. These time frames are not guaranteed and can change due to weather or service disruptions.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
4 - 10 business days


SHIPPING TO THE USA:
1 - 3 weeks


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
4 - 12 weeks

Please email allosaurexart@gmail.com if your order has yet to arrive after the suggested times above. Allosaurex Art is not responsible for the handling and processing of your orders once they are with the postal service or courier.

Where can I change my shipping address?

Log in to your Allosaurex Art account and go to your customer account page. There you can manage your addresses.

You cannot change the address of an already shipped order.

Do you ship internationally?

If your package is shipping outside of Canada, it may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Allosaurex Art cannot control and is not responsible for any customs fees that your government may charge you for importing goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees.

We are required by law to declare all items at their actual price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. We cannot mark packages as “gifts”, and cannot mark the value of the product less than what it actually is to evade customs charges.

On occasion, customs may delay delivery of some packages. If you have any questions regarding the customs policies of your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

Can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please submit a return request found HERE to begin the process of returning the items.

You must submit the request within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

PLEASE BE AWARE that not all items are eligible for returns. Items on discount cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and we cannot refund to a different payment method other than what was originally used for your order.

Once a refund has been issued on our end, your credit/debit card provider needs around 1 to 7 business days to process the refund, but can occasionally take longer. The refund processing time is determined entirely by your credit/debit card provider.

Shipping charges are not refunded unless the product was damaged, incorrect, or missing, and its weight affected the original shipping cost.

Import and custom fees?

All packages shipping outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes and custom fees.

Allosaurex Art is not responsible for the payment of custom fees due to importing goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these fees.

We are required by law to declare all items at their actual price. We cannot mark packages as gifts or mark down the value of the product to evade customs charges.

Please note that on occasion, customs may delay delivery.

Do you offer gift cards?

Currently we do not offer gift cards, gift wrapping, personal messages or gift receipts at this time.
